The Industrial Association of Sri Lanka (IASL) hosted an informative session on “Occupational Stress and Sedentary Behavior” led by Mr. Shayan Appuhamy. This session aimed to address the growing concerns related to workplace stress and the health impacts of sedentary lifestyles. The session also covered the adverse effects of prolonged sitting and the importance of incorporating physical activity into daily routines.
